Chocochip Cookies

Hello everyone! Merry Christmas!
Today I'm gonna share a chocochip cookies recipe. Actually, I adapt my friend's and book's recipes.

Earlier in this year, I made chocochip cookies, but the cookies ended up chewy and too sweet. The recipe said that they would harden when they were cold. But, they didn't.

Since that time, I was so afraid to try others recipes of chocochip cookies. Until two days ago I forced my self to try again. I read several recipes of chocochip cookies and I recomposed the recipe into my own recipe.

All my family members love my chocochip cookies. They are so crunchy and they taste even better the next day. Here's the recipe. Hope you succeed! :)

Chocochip Cookies
By: Novi Liana / Ms. Butter

200 gr All Purpose Flour
100 gr Butter
40 gr Margarine
80 gr Brown Sugar
60gr Caster Sugar
1 tsp Baking Powder
100 gr Mini Chocochip
1 egg
1/2 tsp vanilla powder or vanilla essence

Instruction:

Sift baking powder and flour, set aside.

Beat the butter, margarine, brown sugar and caster sugar until soft. Beat in the egg and vanilla until combined.

Pour in the flour gradually, mix with low speed, pour in the chocochip, mix until just combined.

Preheat the oven 180'C for about 10 minutes.

Using two spoons, make a ball, put it on the baking tray that has been lightly spreaded with butter. Give space among all the cookie balls because they will spread when they're in the oven.

Bake the cookies for about 10 to 15 minutes or until they turn to golden brown. Take out the cookies, put the tray in the cooling rack and let them sit on the tray until they're cold. After they're cold, you can enjoy your cookies or simply put them in the jar.

It is so easy to make chocochip cookies. Now I love baking these cookies. Let me know if you have tried it. Good luck! :)
